Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future- sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when that changes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MAX+min is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier directly with your tracking number.

We want you to love your bag. If something isn’t right, here’s how it works:
∙ Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
∙ Items must be unused and in original condition with dust bag included
∙ Return shipping is at the customer’s cost
∙ Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
