Refunds
We accept returns within 10 days days of delivery of your order. To return, item(s) must be unused, not damaged, and in original packaging with tags attached. To complete a return email info@shopmaxandmin.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns mailed more than 10 days after the date of your return confirmation will not be accepted. Items not in their original condition or missing elements for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments. Once your order is received and inspected we will then email you with confirmation and the credit will be applied to original method of payment. MAX+min is not responsible for missing packages. A report must be filed by the customer directly to the shipping company to resolve any issues.
